Custom nutrition is a no-brainer. It has simplified my race day nutrition on the bike and also many of the athletes I coach. Concentrate the blend you need and drink 1 bottle per hour - how much easier can it get!? Customer service is outstanding and I won't look anywhere else for my nutrition needs.

Created my personalized blend. I have suffered from leg cramps my entire 25+ year cycling career. After using this product properly I am cramp free. (Cue boy from the video "I am delivered!!!') I drink 16-20 OZ of water per hour with the recommended personalized blend ratio and it provides me with about 90% of the Carb intake I am required. Then I eat a Nutella sandwich every 2 hours of riding and can ride for 9-10 hours no problem (except for storing Nutella sandwiches in a bike).
