We use a complimentary mixture of 50% organic brown rice protein and 50% faba ('fava') bean. Eggs are one of the best complete protein sources around, and is functional to fit into most diets, regardless of many dietary restrictions.

Complete proteins, like egg protein, provide all of the essential amino acids your body needs to build muscle. Egg white protein is also naturally higher in minerals like sodium and potassium.

Eggs also have the highest Biological Value (BV) of all protein sources with majority of the protein located in the egg white. Biological value measures the proportion of absorbable proteins. This means eggs have the highest amount of ready to digest and highly absorbable proteins.
