Sleep AwayIf I do a hard workout late at night I reach for the sleepy juice aka Nocturne. I have it right before bed and it helps you sleep when your legs are really mad. It has the same stuff that is in turkey that makes you tired. I am so thankful for Nocturne.

Wow!Pushing hard for a long 4 hour spring training day left me thinking my legs would be finished for the rest of the weekend. Using Infinit throughout the day and ending the day with Nocturne I was pleasantly surprised how good my legs felt.

Perfect end to a long day!!!Most of my workouts happen after work and so having Nocturne there to help me recover at night has been amazing. MIxed with almost or coconut milk it blends perfectly with no chunks or chalky feeling. I wake up with my legs ready to go hard again the next day. Combined with MUD before and my custom mix during Nocturne makes my evening workouts a breeze! Bravo Infinit!

Great for evening trainingI love using this when I'm training later in the evening and all I plan to do is shower and crash in bed. I wasn't too sure if this would really help me fall asleep when I started using it but now I'm a dedicated user!

A great way to finish off a day of trainingA great light tasting treat just before bed. I like that its not a huge hit of protein and sugars just enough to prod my body to recover faster. Its also a great way to naturally help nod off to sleep. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I really preferred the honey/flax flavor that nocturne was originally released with. Nevertheless I would rather run out of go far or fast before my nocturne.

I love it!Nocturne is so helpful with insomnia associated with evening workouts. As a pro triathlete with a full-time job I'm often working out late into the evening and need to recover quickly for a morning workout. Evening workouts can leave me lying wide awake in bed with cramping/painful legs and residual adrenaline. Nocturne's combination of a recovery-promoting protein formula and relaxation-promoting tryptophan I sleep peacefully and wake up ready to attack a morning workout.

Genius!This is the perfect end-of-the-day recovery. I use it after tough days and give it to my teenager after his. It's great to have the aid to relax into a restful sleep and wake up refreshed and recovered without excessive soreness so we can tackle the next days' work. We both prefer it ice cold and after the bubbles have settled. We haven't tried the chocolate but I'm looking forward to it.
