This stuff is the bestI actually bought this last season and then wound up taking a step back form organized training. This year I'm back at it and have recently started using this again. The flavor is top notch and I like the idea of knowing I'm getting what I need in the way of recovery after a hard effort during the week without having to eat a huge meal before bed.

Flavor is improvingThe flavor is definitely improving with the chocolate-I had to add a little Nestle Quik to the original to enjoy it before bed. You definitely will recover better through the night and won't wake up completely blitzed from hard workouts the day prior.

Sweet dreams are made of this...This is the INFINIT product about which I was the most skeptical but our swim/run coach (pro triathlete Amber Ferreira) was raving about it so I decided to give it the benefit of a doubt. I am doubting no more. I love waking up the morning after a hard workout or race and feeling fresh. I mix mine in the Ninja with cold almond milk and sometimes I add a little organic cinnamon (natural anti-inflammatory). Either way this mix is delicious and it has replaced my previous pre-sleep regimen.
