Bedtime RecoveryNocturne works very well for me when I finish training rides too late to eat dinner or in addition to dinner when I need a good night's rest after rides over 8 hours. The Tryptophan helps me relax so I'm able to fall asleep more easily and as with all the Infinit products I enjoy the flavor and it mixes well.

Must tryI only recently started using Nocturne and for the life of me I CANNOT figure out what took me so long! I love this stuff. When I start hitting my heavy workout weekends leading up to an IM I normally have some pretty restless nights despite being physically exhausted. A serving of this stuff before going to bed and I sleep great and am ready to go the next day whether that's for long day #2 or back to work.

Serve Me Up Some MoreI like the single serves because they are great for travelling to a race or if I need to hit the road for a workout and I don't want to mix my bottles beforehand. I'll throw one of these into my blender bottle (with no liquid) and then mix it later with a bottle of water or a single serve milk. I'm usually a chocolate person but I actually prefer this vanilla flavor - good blend and consistency to the taste.

Extra Recovery at NightLove throwing this into a blender bottle with some almond milk at the end of an evening workout knowing that it is providing my body with everything it needs to recover night. I typically will mix it with chocolate almond milk to combine the chocolate tastes but I've had it with unflavored milk and I think it has a great chocolate taste. One of my favorite post-workout routines!

Nocturne sleepThis is amazing for recovery while you sleep!!! It truely aids with sleep and when using it I find myself getting much more amazing deep sleep than I'm used to. If you really want a good night of sleep with great recover after an event or hard work out this is definately something you should try! I guarentee tge results will surprise you!!

a must during Ironman trainingI start my bedtime routine by mixing cold almond milk and a scoop of Nocturne in a shaker bottle.. yum! I usually sip it while using my Normatec recovery boots. I sleep soundly and wake refreshed and ready for the next day’s workout!

It's pretty badI bought the chocolate flavor and I was very surprised at how awful it tastes. I don't know if I got a bad batch but I literally have to just plug my nose and chug it to get it down. I'm sorry I don't like writing bad reviews but it's pretty bad. :(
