A Difference MakerI LOVE Nocturne! During the week my training often takes place in the evening. In the past I would wake up sore and fatigued. Great Nights SleepI do some workouts later at night and this helps fend off hunger and get a good nights sleep while recovering. Would prefer a Vanilla option just not a chocolate person. But has good flavor.

Add Chocolate milk!I love this and use it most evenings i have worked out in the day. The splurge is when you add chocolate milk! OH SO GOOD!!! Helps me sleep and just great overall as a evening treat before bed to keep me full.

Amazing ProductThere is no other recovery product that works as well as Nocturne. I can have a hard workout at night and still wake up at the crack of dawn for another intense workout. Nocturne helps me sleep like a baby and I wake up feeling refreshed and recovered!

Great productAs a 61-YO aspiring athlete I have consistently experienced difficulty sleeping and considerable next-day (or even second-day) soreness after HARD workouts. Nocturne has really helped me sleep deeply after these workouts and has allowed me to do a moderate-to-hard workout the next day. Definitely helps a lot with DOMS.
