I tweaked the ingredients a little to get me 270 cal a little caffeine and mixed the carbs n protein around some what I have is a botyle that I drink every hr and have needed to carry nothing else gives me plenty of energy no cramping and I feel good after hard efforts not worn out. I would recommend this to anyone.
