This is my GO TO for endurance events. I have done several 50 - 100 mile mountain bike races and this is all I use. It has the perfect blend of carbs/fats/protein needed when you're doing endurance events. The flavors are spot on with the right amount of sweet (pretty low which I prefer). Easy to digest easy to drink warm or cold and best of all it gives you immediate energy when you're feeling low. This stuff is simply awesome!
