For years, I used chocolate milk as my recovery drink. I loved the taste, and felt it was helping me post-workout. Hours later, many times as I went to bed, cramping became an issue, however. After trying a sample of REPAIR, I had no camping issues. I've switched over completely now, and have yet to have any cramping.

I just started using Repair recently and man, I'm hooked! I have a bottle mixed up and waiting for me at the end of every intense, or extra long ride (so basically every ride)! I used to only consider the calories/carbs I consumed during the ride, which ended up leaving me calorie deficient on a regular basis. If I'm burning a minimum of 1500 cals per ride and consuming about half of that in either Go Far, Premium Fructose Fuel or "Speed", I'm leaving a big nutritional gap inside me by the time I'm done (I'm not trying to lose weight, btw). By taking in the extra 300 cals from the Repair shake, I'm less prone to snacking throughout the day and just generally feel better as a whole. Just a minimal amount of shaking gets the mix blended, with zero chunks present! I like to mix it with about 8-10 oz of water to enjoy the flavor. Any more and it tends to lose the awesome taste, which is actually remarkable that a 300 cal shake can be so light and refreshing! Great product for recovery. I use it post workout/race and days when I feel I need a good boost! Good tase and mixes easy.

Really enjoy the taste and feel of the drink. It is easier to drink than other recovery drinks I have had. Really good with a banana in it too!

This is by far and away the best recovery product on the market. It is great between sessions on multi-effort days. Add a splash of coffee or shot of espresso to the vanilla flavor for a "latte flavor"...

Love to add this to different smoothies! Orange Creme, Strawberry, Chocolate PB, etc. I also add a spoonful or two to my Javi in the morning for an extra protein boost. It is smooth and blends in well, even in a shaker bottle. Excellent flavor and no funky taste (because there is no fake sugars!)!
