I loved this to fuel my last marathon. It was light and kept me going. I had zero stomach issues (I usually have some on long runs). I was worried that I’d get tired of the taste, but it was fine. The only issue was that the natural movement of running made it foam and come out of the top of the bottle, which was then sticky. Easily fixed with a quick rinse.

I’m surprised there are no reviews for this product. I used this on a very hilly, 21/2 hour ride. Neutral taste and absolutely no stomach issues or cramping. Good energy at the end of the ride and did not feel like I was crashing or weak. Quite surprised how well I tolerated this drink. It’s grape flavored but not noticeable, just makes it drinkable. It was a hot day and the flavor did not change
