This formula, designed for male and female athletes, will help endurance athletes maintain stable energy with an appropriate mix of sugars, minimize or alleviate any fears of GI distress thanks to a high proportion of carbohydrates coming from maltodextrin with the correct osmolality to ensure proper gastric emptying and a suitable amount of electrolytes for most athletes to maintain hydration.

Athletes should be at a reduced risk to experience cramping or GI issues, bonking or lightheadedness with this triathlon nutrition supplement. There is 50mg caffeine per serving (2 scoops) which should help with lowering perceived effort, however if you do not tolerate caffeine you can move the slider to none. There is ~1 g of amino acids to help with brain fatigue.
Athletes should find that this triathlon nutrition supplement tastes good (which is important when fueling for 56 or 112 miles on the bike) with just enough sweetness to keep you loving the taste but not overpowering sweet that you hate your drink after 2 hours. I suggest to purchase this formula in 2-3 different flavors to prevent taste bud fatigue in training and on race day. Athletes should find that by using this endurance support formula when cycling (in training and racing) there will be little to no GI issues when running if consumed at frequent intervals (2-4 swallows every 10-15 minutes). This triathlon nutrition supplement works well for half and full Ironman distance athletes.
As a 10x Ironman finisher, including 4x Ironman World Championship finisher, I understand the importance of using sport nutrition to delay fatigue and to help with hydration, energy, and endurance support.
