Men and women low sugar supplements for all weight ranges. Many endurance athletes assume that more calories are better in endurance training and racing. While the thought of calories = energy is accurate, more is not always better. In endurance racing, you must carefully balance your effort/pace with nutrition. If you are unable to properly digest and absorb the nutrition that you are consuming during training/racing, it will not help you delay fatigue, control blood sugar levels, hydrate you and replenish lost electrolytes from sweating. This custom formula is a very simple base formula to use as an endurance running supplement for long distance training and racing. You can easily add additional calories to this formula through solid food (if needed) or you can add a tad more per bottle for additional calories if you'd like to rely solely on liquid calories. This formula should optimize digestion and absorption and with no additional caffeine, this low sugar sport drink will provide you with plenty of sodium and carbohydrates to meet your energy needs. This formula is designed to be used on the bike in longer distance training/racing (1 serving = 2 scoops per hour per bottle). However, you may also use this low sugar sports drink for short distance workouts (1/2 serving = 1 scoop per hour per bottle).
