Let me start by saying that I've had a history of GI issues with various nutrition products especially in the heat. I also hate aftertastes and things that are too sweet. This formula (lemon lime) tasted like a normal drink gave me the nutrition I needed to make it through the bike & the run and caused no distress. I'll be training & racing with this as my nutrition of choice for mid to long distance tris!
