I have been using this formula for over a year while training for and racing Ironman triathlons. I love the grape flavor and it still tastes great even after its been sitting on the bike for hours. Being able to get a sports drink down even when its warm is a huge bonus! I especially like that it has everything I need for my long workouts so I am not juggling different products during the bike ride.
