customized formula worked well for 70.3i use this for any rides close to 3h and used on the bike portion of my 70.3. fruit flavor got to be a little tough to bear so i changed my flavors so there's one flavor for ride and one for run. didn't need any other nutrition for my 70.3 besides this and a run mix. recommend. but wish all formulas would be single scoop instead of double scoop serving sizes. just make a bigger scoop (5 stars if it was 1 scoop)

Grape is GREATPicked this up for my GF as she is training for her first 70.3. I was hesitant to try this since it was made specifically for females. During a long ride I had a taste of this and was blown by how delicious it tastes. My GF has nothing but positive things to say about it. My next order will most likely be this due to the taste. YUM

Not too sweet and works like a champLet me start by saying that I've had a history of GI issues with various nutrition products especially in the heat. I also hate aftertastes and things that are too sweet. This formula (lemon lime) tasted like a normal drink gave me the nutrition I needed to make it through the bike & the run and caused no distress. I'll be training & racing with this as my nutrition of choice for mid to long distance tris!

Grear for someone new to the sportI quickly went through my options for nutrition on the bike. This formula agreed with me the first time and kept me feeling strong on long rides. I didn't have to do much changing to the formula except change the flavor. All the other factors agreed with me well and I like the light taste. Pink lemonade is by far my favorite and a refreshing treat after many hours on the bike.

Exceeded my expectations!Awesome product! Used 1 water bottle ( with 2 scoops of powder) every hour on the bike for Ironman training. No need for gels which I have used in the past. No upset stomach. Product remained fresh tasting for 4 hours! LOVE IT!!! I will be using this in August for Ironman Mont Tremblant!!!

Kept me going with no issues!My custom grape blend worked flawlessly at my recent 70.3! It is easy to mix up easy on the stomach and tastes great. Much easier system than trying to open gels or bars during the bike!

Tastes great and easy on the tummy!I have been using this formula for over a year while training for and racing Ironman triathlons. I love the grape flavor and it still tastes great even after its been sitting on the bike for hours. Being able to get a sports drink down even when its warm is a huge bonus! I especially like that it has everything I need for my long workouts so I am not juggling different products during the bike ride.

Works great even for a dudeI'm a guy... a guy who can't be bothered with details like reading labels. I picked up a few single serving packets of this by mistake at my local bike shop but decided to give it a try since I'm cheap. I didn't notice much of if any difference from the regular go far... works great even for a dude!
