The "Low" and "High" bar at the top of the package refers to our custom blend process where you can customize things like flavor, calories, caffeine, etc. At the top of this product page there is a "Customize This Mix" button which will allow you to add more/less flavor, add more/less calories, etc. If you have any further questions or need any help making a custom blend, don't hesitate to reach out!
