Q: I tried to apply the code but it's saying it's "invalid"!
Not to fear! First, check and make sure your cart contains AT LEAST 1, but NO MORE THAN 3 eligible CUSTOM products (see step 1). Next, double-check the spelling of the discount code, and make sure there are no spaces or dashes in the coupon code "THESALE23".

Q: What is the shelf life of a Custom blend?
If sealed and kept in a dry cool place, we guarantee that your Custom nutrition supplement will stay fresh for 24 months from the date of production.
Q: Do I qualify for free shipping?
Sale orders are not eligible for free shipping. Standard shipping rates apply to all orders in which the sale discount code is applied.
Q: Can I purchase other INFINIT products that are not Custom?
Yes! You are welcome to purchase additional items that are not sale-eligible at full price.

Q: When should I expect to receive my Sale order?
Your Sale order will ship in its entirety, upon production of your Custom blends. Sale orders will be produced and shipped in the order in which we receive them (i.e. if you place your order early in the morning on Wednesday, you will get your order before someone who places their order Wednesday night).
Due to the large volume of orders that we receive during THE Sale, orders may take up to 6 weeks to process and ship. IF you purchase additional items at full price and would like these items shipped out sooner, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Q: What Custom package sizes are included in The Sale?
Custom blend packaging sizes eligible for The Sale discount include 5, 12, and 25 multi-serving packs. 24 individual single-serving packets are not eligible and are not available for purchase during the duration of the promotion.
Q: Why can't I find the credit I have in my account?
Store Credit may not be used during THE Sale. All customer credit balances are frozen throughout the duration of THE Sale, meaning no credit can be earned OR used. Customer credit balances will be reactivated and accessible on Monday, January 16, 2023.
Q: Can I use my Coach, Club, or friend's Ambassador code on my order?
Unfortunately, only one discount code may be applied per order.
