MUD is my go-to breakfast before early morning rides and races. It's tough for me to eat a full breakfast if I need to be on the bike by 5 or 6am. In those cases, I drink a serving of Mud and maybe a banana before setting out. It gives me the calories I need without causing stomach issues down the road. For rides 8 hours or more, I will occasionally use a bottle of MUD in place of one bottle of Go Far half way through the day for a different flavor, some recovery and to give myself a bit of a treat. The Dark Chocolate flavor is very good, as are all the Limited Edition flavors, but the original flavor is great too. (Posted on 4/22/2021)

Delicious. It almost feels wrong to have this for breakfast. I do nothing before my coffee and some days it is too hot so I throw this in the blender and go. I use it with Almond milk. Mudd also makes a great afternoon snack to help you past the 3:30 slump. (Posted on 4/21/2021)

Mud is great for pre-workouts like early.morning swimming. It gives you the caffiene to wake up and has protein for energy. MUD is also great for camping trips!! My favorite flavors are the limited edition coconut and the dark chocolate . I have also made energy bars with MUD. (Posted on 4/20/2021)
