As an endurance mountain biker, it has always been a hassle to try and keep up on nutrition throughout the race. Eating solid foods would upset my stomach and make me feel sluggish. Thanks to this new formula, I can race in 6, 8, or 12 hour races without the need for eating, as well as my long training days. I decided to remove caffeine from this cycling protein drink because I have found that it upsets my stomach and I don't think it is necessary.
