This low calorie, high protein blend is designed for optimal post-workout recovery for anyone who is not looking to add too many calories to their diet. The formula was developed by INFINIT Director of Nutrition, Laura Hering, RDN.

Utilizing a 3:1 ratio of carbs to protein, this formula provides vital nutrition that the body needs to repair and rebuild stronger. I use this formula after all strength and resistance training and any workout over an hour.
The blend provides my body with the simple and easily absorbed carbs that it needs to replenish my glycogen stores (so I'm good to go for my next training session). Plus the high quality, and bioavailable whey protein isolate provides my body with an abundance of the essential amino acids it needs to repair muscle tissue and allow for "hypertrophy" or the building of additional muscle tissue.
The blend is also rich in branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) to help support the immune system, which is especially important during periods of heavy training.
