I was looking for a way to simplify my nutritional needs while cycling during triathlons. This formaula provides the minimum calories and electrolytes to keep me fueled for races under 3 hours, as recommended by my coach.

Previously I would lack the energy to perform well during my triathlon races. My coach recommended a nutrition plan that included the metrics in my Sandrs's Speed Blend. Once I changed my approach to my nutrition on the bike I jhad a great race and plenty of energy to spare for the run. I also noticed I was not expeiriencing any cramping in my legs despite the hilly course on a hot and humid day.

I am 58 years old and I beginner triathlete. I started training in 2017 and completed my first tri in April 2018. Two weeks later I suffered a concussion from a freak accident at home. I had to stop training for 6 months. I resumed trainig in the Fall of 2018. In 2019 I completed 5 triathlons, I have two 3rd place rankings in my division for the Sprint distance and I completed my first Olympic Distance race in September of 2019. My plans for 2020 are to do more racing at the Olympic distance, possibly complete a Half Ironman, and race at the USAT Age Group National Championship Spring of 2020.
