I have used a lot of other electrolyte products and this beats them all. Not only that I really don't need food/gels while training (Ironman). I learned my lesson the hard way and didn't bring enough nutrition with me on a ride. Needless to say I bonked. My coach gave me one of his Go Fars and I immediately felt the difference. They say to never play catch up with nutrition and even though I put myself in that position as soon as I took in the Go Far I was able to overcome my bonk. Now I won't ride/run without this. It's the second most important thing I bring with me on my ride only next to my helmet. :)
