I use Go Far on long runs and long rides and there is no longer a need for me to stuff gels and pills in my pockets. Go Far does the trick. I am looking forward to ordering a custom blend that has slightly more electrolytes. I live in FL and it is crazy hot and humid here. Sweating out all of my electrolytes is not bueno! So I'm going to bump up the electrolytes and see if this already fantastic product gets even better for me. BTW - I have not had any issues with drinking this stuff after it has been sitting in my bottles for a while. No tummy aches at all.
