Im not a huge fan of gels so at first I was skeptical about this product in my mind it was going I be too sweet. When I tried it it was fireworks in my mouth is sweet but salty and gives you a refreshing feeling is not heavy like what you would expect a gel to be. Now is one of my must haves during long runs.
