I went for an impromptu century ride last weekend with very little bike training and little to no experience with long ride nutrition. My previous long ride for the year was a 36 mile gravel ride where I also used Go Far with great success. I packed 5 bottles of Go Far and had zero problems. I will be using this for all of my long rides in the future.
