For a number of years I have been using MUD as a major part of my Pre Race Breakfast with amazing results. It is great as an afternoon pick me up prior to a training session
Race Day Breakfast
12 ounces of liquid (water but I prefer coffee)
2 scops of Mud
1 Banana
2.5 ounce of a mocha gel
