MUD is my go-to weekend AM workout fuel! Wake up, mix a scoop of MUD into almond milk, and make a small bowl of oatmeal and I have calories and fuel for hours. Love the extra kick it gives me with the caffeine and the taste is fantastic - I'm not a big coffee drinker, and this strikes the balance between light coffee flavor and almost chocolate milk. It's delicious and I look forward to it every weekend!
