A scoop of MUD mixed into plain oatmeal is my perfect breakfast on long cycling days.
Then, after a long, hard workout, a scoop of MUD mixed with cold almond milk, a shot of espresso and a scoop of my Infinit custom recovery blend is so delicious and a perfect recovery drink!
