I had tried a single-serve packet of this stuff (and compared it to the chocolate version) and I'm all about the vanilla! The taste is great and the mix of carbs and protein is just right for a post-workout recovery mix. I use this after hard workouts and races and if I'm dragging a bit mid-week I'll use it as a boost for my system. Aids in recovery and leaves me feeling full and ready to go for the next day!
