I use this product after my long bikes and runs while training for ironman. I would mix it up the night before and freeze it in my bottle so that it would thaw but still be cold for when I finished my workout. It tastes wonderful (thank you for making a flavor other than chocolate) and definitely helps with my recovery after those hours out on the training roads.
