I only recently started using Nocturne and for the life of me I CANNOT figure out what took me so long! I love this stuff. When I start hitting my heavy workout weekends leading up to an IM I normally have some pretty restless nights despite being physically exhausted. A serving of this stuff before going to bed and I sleep great and am ready to go the next day whether that's for long day #2 or back to work.
