As a 61-YO aspiring athlete I have consistently experienced difficulty sleeping and considerable next-day (or even second-day) soreness after HARD workouts. Nocturne has really helped me sleep deeply after these workouts and has allowed me to do a moderate-to-hard workout the next day. Definitely helps a lot with DOMS.
