THis stuff really makes me come down quick after a tough workout. I have a 3 year old son so training is tough so most of my training gets done late at night after ri put him down. I used to have problems falling asleep right after a hard workout Not anymore this stuff really knocks me out and is a great recovery drink too it doesn't leave me bloated . I liked the lemon honey flavor will try chocolate soon
