Switching my nutrition to Infinit I've always been concerned about recover and sleep. Having a full time job and doing endurance sports is taxing to the body and mind so getting something to help recovery is important for me. I noticed that the formula they used here does help as it seems I can sleep better or a lot more straight even after a workout where there are twinges in the muscles. I like mixing this with warm milk (Soy/Almond/Regular) before going to bed.
