This is a really great product for that long-ass workout where you need to repair the muscles that were broken down and also replenish and recharge what has been depleted. I tried this after a really long brick session and it sped up the recovery process by at least 50%. Like all other products I have tried from Infinit the flavor is right-on too which is important to me.
