After each of my workouts whether it be a short slow or intense ride or even a long endurance ride/race I immediately go straight to my REPAIR drink mix. I use either almond milk or water depending on where I am after each workout. If I have not used REPAIR after a workout I can tell in my following workout performance almost immediatly. REPAIR has been part of my workout routine now for 2 years. It has helped me in my racing to achieve some amazing goals. I highly recommend this product.
