This recovery formula nails it- I attended my first training camp in the mountains (being a flat-lander) and knew recovery would be important. This was a key component to that I am convinced it helped me prepare each day for the grueling climbs and then the brick runs afterwards. Gaining fitness and feeling better than expected was the norm for me each day. I kind of don't want those I compete with to know about this product :) !
