MUD has really changed my mornings! I have mostly used it as a recovery aid, but I did recently use it before a 15K and had a 9 minute PR. I don't even like coffee but MUD mixed with either 8 oz of chocolate milk or 8 oz of unsweetened almond milk is amazing. I am glad I finally decided to give it a try!
