This stuff is awesome! Any time I have a workout of 2 or more hours I make sure I have a bottle ready. Long bike/run workouts are hard enough and if you need to eat bars/gels it adds to the complexity...how many do I need? How many can I carry?<br>Forget all that...mix up a couple bottles and you are good to go! So much easier to drink your fuel instead of trying to eat it. Plus no GI issues and every flavor tastes great! I will be using go far from here in out!
