I LOVE using Mud. My favorite scenario is mixing w/almond milk (cold or hot) and drink before riding. It really helps me to 'get going' when my body is telling me it would rather still be in m warm bed.
MUD is my 'go-to' morning drink when I know I'll be clipping in. My custom painted road bike + MUD = a GREAT day in the saddle.
