Since starting ultra-running 4 years ago I struggled with finding a formula that lived up to its claim and did not cause stomach trouble. This is the best product out there!!! I was amazed that GO FAR: keeps me hydrated full no stomach cramps great flavor that does not go bad in the hottest TEXAS weather.
