I really liked the flavor of fruit punch gatorade or powerade, and it's SUPER cheap when you buy the bulk powder so that's a win-win right?

After bonking HARD on several long rides that included serious HC-rated climbs I consulted with the best riders in my area about why I was struggling to much. They convinced me to pay a couple of bucks extra and switch over to Infinit. It changed everything. My calories consumed during rides nearly tripled and I was able to start serious training. Now I feel like as long as I keep the calories high enough it doesn't seem to matter how many miles I put in, I just keep getting stronger.

For daily training rides Speed is the best-tasting middle of the road option to get you the fuel to need to ride and recover (recovery starts the minute you start feeding your muscles). If you need an extra push I opt for Go Far, but I prefer to save the caffeine for races to maximize benefit. If I'm going on a 50+ mile ride I like to get some protein and extra carbs from Go Far. If I'm on a <40 mile ride SPEED is the way to go. Don't save Inifinit for the races, fueling during training rides is equally important as it is during races. Don't sell yourself short.
