MUD Pre-workout Meal Supplement

I ordered MUD as a pre-workout / pre-race drink during my Ironman 70.3 Honu training and was completely hooked. When mixed with almond milk and, or coconut milk, it's the perfect meal replacement before any workout or race especially in the morning. Didn't upset my stomach, provided a solid amount of calories, and provided a good dose of caffeine. After the 70.3, I continued to use my MUD as pre-race nutrition for races like the Army 10 Miler and Honolulu Marathon. Will definitely be ordering more as the season picks up.
