I switched over to Go Far several years ago to get better nutrition for my long bike rides (3-5 hours). Go Far has worked perfectly for me. No cramping no GI issues and rock solid performance on the bike. I will occasionally run a diluted version when swimming or running. I just Finished IronMan Texas 70.3 on a hot day - Go Far was the fuel for the fire!
