  1. Perfect for shorter workouts
    This stuff is great for those workouts when you feel a little tired but still need to get the training done. Light on calories but has everything you need to crush your workout. Definitely my go to choice when in need of that extra little boost to get through the workout and even feel refreshed afterwards.

  2. For those Hot afternoon workouts
    When you have those hour and half hot August trainer rides and you want a couple extra calories and some good electrolytes Hydrate is your mix. Unlike a lot of other sports drinks the taste is great and not overpowering. And who does not like caffeine.

    Hydrate Active Hydration is perfect for simple hydration on very hot/humid summer days. I love to make Popsicles with it in the summer months . My kids primarily use this product in the summer and they eat the Popsicles faster than I can make them. I highly recommend this for training and for your kids over the summer. It's perfect hydration and tastes far better than anything you can buy at any store...my kids will tell you that too!!

  5. Spin Class Go-to
    Absolutely perfect hydration mix for my 1 hour spin class. I am a heavy sweater and am prone to low blood sugar spells during high intensity workouts and this drink mix is the solution to combating both issues. It makes me feel SO much better and stronger throughout the workout. Low calorie but just enough carbs to help stabilize my blood sugar plus light electrolytes because water just doesn't cut it for me.

    Hydrate has GREAT flavor and is a refreshing yet light drink for all situations. I have used this in crit races as well as a daily hydration pick-me-up. I have even used this after a few celebratory nights to rehydrate with a bit more power than just water!

  8. Great stuff
    I have gone through almost 2 bags and I really love this stuff for my 5:30 am swim practices! I start drinking it on my bike ride to the pool and finish it up by the time I hit the showers. The flavor is nice and light. I use 1 scoop in a 20 oz bottle. I find my foot and leg cramps happen often and they are less intense. Love the caffeine. I don't feel post-workout hunger and coffee pangs like I used to. I am back to buy more. Highly recommend. I am a middle-aged lifetime USMS swimmer.

  9. Refreshing!
    Just tried this yesterday for a 1:45 recovery ride and holy crap this is awesome! The flavor is spot on with light and crisp from the lemon but the strawberry rounds it out. It’s actually too perfect as I drank it after then made a sparkling cocktail from it and am drinking it today. So....guess I need to set limits on consumption. Please add this flavor to the main endurance line!
