  1. Awesome Between Sessions
    This is my go to formula for between sessions especially if I know I need some solid calories and protein but don't have time to digest solid food between sessions. The whey digests super quick the carbs digest quicker and the bit of caffeine boost it gives is a nice pick me up. Also tastes great - I mix with almond or regular milk. I'd recommend for either between sessions where the second session is either of lower intensity or you have some time to digest it and after the second session. Awesome product across the board.

  2. Quick Fuel Post Workout
    I LOVE all of the MUD flavors! I am an open water marathon swimmer and I'm always looking for quick fuel options immediately after getting out of the ocean. It fills me up long enough to get to my house or office where I can have a whole food meal. The taste is amazing and luxurious after a long ocean swim. It's not too sweet but also has a hint of the coffee like flavor. All around its an excellent product.

  3. Pre Race Breakfast
    For a number of years I have been using MUD as a major part of my Pre Race Breakfast with amazing results. It is great as an afternoon pick me up prior to a training session<br>Race Day Breakfast<br>12 ounces of liquid (water but I prefer coffee)<br>2 scops of Mud<br>1 Banana<br>2.5 ounce of a mocha gel

    I'm a huge fan of Mud love using it after my long runs. I'm just getting back into the longer distances and I always have this on hand. It tastes great ane also keeps me from feeling like I'm starving

  5. Breakfast in a Glass!
    MUD is my go-to weekend AM workout fuel! Wake up mix a scoop of MUD into almond milk and make a small bowl of oatmeal and I have calories and fuel for hours. Love the extra kick it gives me with the caffeine and the taste is fantastic - I'm not a big coffee drinker and this strikes the balance between light coffee flavor and almost chocolate milk. It's delicious and I look forward to it every weekend!

  6. before AND after!
    A scoop of MUD mixed into plain oatmeal is my perfect breakfast on long cycling days. <br>Then after a long hard workout a scoop of MUD mixed with cold almond milk a shot of espresso and a scoop of my Infinit custom recovery blend is so delicious and a perfect recovery drink!

  8. Interesting Name Excellent Product!
    Having used INFINIT custom and pre-set formulas for years I was a little unsure about this one given the name but I tried it and love the Double Mocha taste as well as the benefit it can provide! This can be used as an afternoon meal recovery and caffeine energizer as well as a pre and post workout drink. It has a lot of uses and provides a lot of benefits.

  9. Great Tasting
    I had to try this out just to see what the talk was about. Just so you know I don’t drink coffee but people just raved over this. So I bought a sample at my local bike shop and mixed it with almond milk. I’m glad I did because I could definitely tell a difference in how I performed on my run. I also drink it before any outdoor activities and what a boost it gives. So then I had to buy the large bags because I drink it like water.
