Despite what people may try to tell you, simple sugars are not inherently bad. In fact, they’re consistently cited as the best type of carbohydrate to fuel peak performance.

We are unapologetically pro-carb and think real cane sugar is better than any lab-developed sweet stuff. Plus, by blending a combination of simple and complex carbohydrates we are able to pack more calories and carbs into our endurance fuels while still keeping the solution isotonic and easy to digest.
