For almost 16 years, INFINIT Nutrition has been focused on the health and well-being of our customers. We have always taken pride in prioritizing the nutritional wellness and safety of every single person who has chosen us to be their nutrition supplement provider, as we truly hope that we can help improve their quality of life. We are eternally grateful for all of you and wanted to reach out during these uncertain times to fill you in on what we are doing to navigate the COVID-19 outbreak.

INFINIT has always maintained quality and safety standards that far surpass industry requirements. Until the threat of the virus diminishes, we are also taking additional, comprehensive measures that ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff.

Following guidelines from trusted sources including the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), all front office staff and customer support team members have been instructed to work from home, a change that has occured with no effect to our customer service operations (great job, team). The staff members that must work on-site are screened before being allowed to enter the workplace, and are encouraged to stay home and avoid contact with others during non-work hours.

INFINIT has an advantage since we have always been set up like a lab, not some big process manufacturing company. We know each ingredient in the process and have stringent internal Quality Control procedures in place. We make everything here at our facility in Ohio, and we do not outsource ANY part of our product manufacturing process. Being a small facility, we are able to take even greater care every day to ensure that we are providing you with the quality that you always expect from INFINIT.

As most of us try to continue to carry on with our training, we understand that you cannot practice social distancing from nutrition. And just as we always have, INFINIT will continue to bring high-quality nutrition products to your doorstep (with the help of UPS, FedEx & USPS). With our healthcare systems and hospitals currently under duress, it is imperative that now, more than ever, we focus on our health and well-being, and stay hydrated from home.
