been using this for a while now I wanted an uncomplicated method of getting my on the bike nutrition without having to rely on the on course products. I have never bonked in a race and have always felt great. This stuff is perfect for a long distance tri it doesn't have a strong flavor that you get sick of and makes it easy to get your nutrition done to plan.
